Transforming slow, underperforming websites into lightning-fast experiences that both visitors and search engines love.
We achieve this through a two-pronged approach: First, our service intelligently optimizes your site's resources (compressing images, reducing and minimizing code, prioritizing critical content) to dramatically reduce load times.
Second, we create specialized versions of your pages that search engines can index instantly, boosting your visibility in search results. This balance of user experience and search performance delivers concrete business results: 90%+ PageSpeed scores, higher search rankings, and increased conversion rates.
Connect your site, and our AI-powered cloud infrastructure handles the complex optimization work automatically.
This project started as a fun way of using voice to control the computer without touching the keyboard or mouse. I added left and right hand gestures to control two editors at the same time. I got bored of the downtime when just interacting with one LLM waiting for the response. During the Hackathon, I added Iron Man gauntlet recognition (which was crazy hard because of the colors).
Gestures recognized include fist, index up, palm, hand spread, Spock, and left/right hand detection.
Day 1 in-person in Austin, created a TikTok clone with scrolling video playback. After the PoC, I wanted to learn more about streaming videos. This led to creating a HLS video processing service, which I shared for fellow developers to use. Using FFMPEG, it creates multiple resolutions of an mp4 and breaks them into chunks to be streamed to the client. It also creates a thumbnail for the video.
I changed the project to Gauntlet Exchange for users to exchange information. The idea is record a teaching video, then upload and analyze it. The video is transcribed and analyzed for filler words with a report generated to help the user improve.
Originally started as a Star Wars themed support CRM for Death Star maintenance as a way of learning React. Redid as a sales CRM for real future use.
Prospects for new customers, qualifies them, then creates a personalized email sequence for cold outreach.
Redid the Chat project from scratch in 5 hours to prove AI can handle Clean Architecture and Test-Driven Development to write Clean Code. Chat with Tron's MCP, Tron, and CLU! Complete with a personal identity disc that uses the identity provider's avatar and name.
Each Secure Line (DM) chat has the personality to match the Tron movies. (As you can see, Master Control Program isn't very friendly towards us users.)

During a TechStars Startup Weekend, I led a team of three to design and develop a messaging hub that unified email, social media, and text into one app. Using Azure Machine Learning and Xamarin, we prioritized urgent messages with an Eisenhower matrix model, simplifying workflows and reducing the need to check multiple apps. Over 54 hours, we rapidly iterated on feedback from judges and mentors, delivering a proof-of-concept that secured 1st place. Post-event, I collaborated with investors, mentors, and early users to refine features, optimize messaging flow, and grow adoption.

What started as a summer project to help a quadriplegic friend play World of Warcraft independently turned into a larger effort to improve gaming accessibility. I designed and developed the desktop application and API using C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Azure technologies while gathering feedback from over 3,000 handicapped gamers. The project gained momentum when it was selected at the University of Houston's 3-Day Startup event, where I led a team of six to iterate on the idea. We pitched it and won Microsoft BizSpark, securing $120,000 in Azure credits.

During this time, I have seen Paul's unwavering enthusiasm and passion for exploring and implementing new technologies in development-related projects. Paul's ability to keep up with the ever-evolving technology landscape has been invaluable to our team's success. I highly recommend Paul for any project that requires technical expertise and teamwork.
He has demonstrated his skills multiple times while I had the opportunity to work with him by creating POCs for customers and also building several personal projects to keep in touch with the latest. He is keen on learning new technologies and likes to get some hands-on experience as soon as something new comes up. He also shows interest in designing architecture on complex scenarios. He is very kind and nice to interact with.
